In the Digital team, you will experience the rapidly evolving e-commerce market by managing online mall sales, marketing, and customer service operations. This role will allow you to broaden your understanding of the e-commerce industry and grow into an e-commerce expert. Additionally, it provides insights into essential aspects such as UX/UI and logistics services closely tied to e-commerce.
This role involves formulating sales strategies for our online channels, including our company's online store and partner stores. It includes planning and executing promotions and events for each partner store. Analysis of promotion outcomes, sales performance, and other relevant data is used to derive insights, which in turn inform the planning and execution of e-commerce strategies. Managing various aspects of product management, from listing to order/inventory management, is part of the role, with a focus on expanding sales through not only managing existing channels but also exploring opportunities for new channel partnerships and other activities related to e-commerce sales.Plan creative materials for advertising campaigns.
Based on e-commerce sales strategies and marketing activities, this role involves formulating performance advertising strategies, planning creative materials, and managing media advertising. Real-time monitoring and analysis of advertising results are conducted to identify areas for improvement. This includes reviewing ad creatives for efficiency, exploring new advertising channels, and conducting A/B tests on creatives for the purpose of enhancements.
Management In addition to responding to direct customer inquiries, this role involves managing Voice of the Customer (VOC) through consumer reviews and product usage reviews to gather consumer feedback and identify areas for product and service improvement. It also includes establishing and managing customer loyalty programs for the company's online store and handling various aspects of customer management.
